Mike Dutton

Michael Dutton is a vice president for StepWise Utility Advisors and manages the firm’s San Antonio office.  He has more than 22 years of consulting and water, wastewater, and storm water utility experience.  His consulting experience includes management and operational reviews, cost of service and ratemaking, rate arbitration, capital financing, financial planning analyses, mergers/acquisitions and financial advisory services.  Mr. Dutton is a member of the Texas section AWWA rates committee and has taught on cost of service principles at two Texas rate seminars sponsored by GFOAT and Texas AWWA.  He has presented at the Texas section AWWA conference and the AWWA Utility Management Conference.
